Loan's Perspective of her journey
I am someone who embraces the journey of growth, recognising that each setback I've encountered has been a valuable stepping stone in my personal and professional development. These experiences have not only shaped me but have propelled me to the point where I stand today. If you share a similar mindset of learning and evolving through life's challenges, we might connect on a profound level.
About The Practice
We are a small but well-established, dynamic, friendly and collegial private practice in Dapto within the Illawarra area. We have child friendly, trauma and disability supportive therapy spaces close to public transport and shops.

Ripples AHC has worked in partnership with Synapse OT, and an independent Art Therapist, in this same practice for the last 5 years. We are well-known trauma and disability focussed businesses who have enjoyed working together dynamically. Our senior practitioners work closely with team members and provide regular informal and formal supervision, across teams.

Ripples Clinical Director and Registered Psychologist, Loan Pham has worked in the area with over 17 years of experience locally, with a reputation in working collaboratively with complex presentations, within the NGO and private sectors, particularly in the area of relational trauma and disability.

The practice is known for delivering excellent clinical outcomes in a fun, professional and friendly environment. Our mission statement drives our work. Our principles are governed by guidelines within our registration.

We provide high-quality evidence-based assessment and intervention to empower individuals facing challenges to live the lives they deserve and wish for themselves. We are in the position where the high demand from strong word of mouth amongst clients, medical referrers, NGO’s and networks, and an excellent community reputation has led to this recruitment need. We need someone who is able to fill the gap, to support the needs of those who have not been able connect with a therapist through lack of services.
